It's still in Open Beta, you think Allods is dieing?
But I haven't been playing recently so I don't know how many others are playing.
Maybe it's getting harder to keep decent numbers in free MMOGs anymore because there are so many choices.

Well I haven't gotten around to reversing it much anymore, but want to try to get some time in on it this week.
There is a Russian side with a lot of MOD information.
People are making interface mods, etc.
You will see that most of the key parts of the game are exposed to it's Lua interface.

I had heard people made bots this way as a MOD.
I can see to make your own it would still be some work, but with the vast Lua info it should cut down on a lot of work.
Also they are supposed to come out with an official MOD support soon.
Note this was how WOW was. You could make some sort of simple bot, or at least automate a lot of stuff.
Later Blizzard removed, and, or hid more of the advanced Lua visible to make it harder to do these things.

From someone that played it and has at least one lev 40 (the current level cap) that it isn't too hard to level.
And there is not much reason or need to farm.
Still I think there are many fun reason to have some stuff automated.
Maybe a duo healer-DPS follower bot, etc.

Anyhow if I work on it my self, I don't if or when ever I would have something public..

have there like 3x 20 - 21 from there exp char sky rockets up. from 30k you get like 50 - 60k get tired pretty soon without bot : ) even the one i ll be willing to pay. pretty good game in my opinion. And sorry for reviving this thread.

Since it's developed in Russia, Is this game popular there?

I did some study on it to find the parts needed to make a bot.
Seems like I found key parts for it, but I just haven't gotten around to going any further.
Making the bot service DLL in it's self can be a lot of work.
And it does have some sort of anti-hack protection.
Which can always be circumvented anyhow. Might just take a little work to do.

Reminds me, some good Russian reversers interfaced to it's custom embedded Lua and dumped out the clients various interfaces. It looks like it's all there.
Access to the "Avatar" and other game objects clearly labeled.
You could add your own bot inside the game.
Probably the easiest is to replace some key loading scripts with your own modified ones.
You even could have dialogs right inside the game with your bot options, etc.
I've seen little of it, but I know people have made bots for WOW this way in the past.

For me I'd rather have a DLL that just exports these things for MM.
This way it would be more external to and not dependent on such features.

I think bots can be real useful in games that you don't even have to grind in.
Often good to farm gold (game money) and items, allow you to run multiple characters, rmore farming by running your own party(s) to farm boss items, making your leveling faster and fun by using a healer bot, etc.

Give you a lot of power, as long as you don't abuse it :)

well, the ru servers are crawling with players, they even started to crawling to the europe servers. A lot of people stoped playing after last patch (pretty big one and screwed up pretty much everyting) but you can still see new and new players emerging in start zones, but it comes to the point where you have to grind and thats the hard part. Difference between allods and requiem, in req you killing 5 monsters at once at they are respawning like 5 secs after you killed last one resulting in pretty good experience flow, here you have to walk a pretty good distance (unless you camp yourself in a "camp" or something like that) and killing monsters without incense (thing that gives you 50/100/150/200 percent dmg bonus + choosen stat) takes ages.

Any plans of continuing this project? you've done a great job on Reqbot and I am looking forward on seeing another bot. This game will be released in the Philippines soon, closed beta is fast approaching. It will be released by the pioneer MMORPG publisher here in our country, which is Level-UP! Games INC. and as far as i know, every MMOs they release here is a HUGE hit. They never fail to deliver. So if somehow you have time, please continue this bot and I can help you release/advertise it here in PH. There is a large demand for MMO bots here..CABAL RIDER, ROHAN BOT,etc earning a lot here. maybe you should try to make your bot a little bit commercialized. :)

found great stuff in this forums..really admire you guyz...found this lil' thread about allods...am a great fan of the game, is there anyway that hacks, bots trainer be made for this game...have seen a lot of thos running around with damn sharecash as a file host...its those thing like speed hacks, god mode, bots and even item shop unlocker which makes everything in item shop free..it would really make it a F2P.hehe

are releases of this things possible? :D
