 ReqBot closed to donations.As of today April 11, 2011 ReqBot is closed to any new users.
Do not donate for ReqBot access. You can still donate to support the MacroMonkey script system however, but there will be no more ReqBot users. ReqBot license agreement: viewtopic.php?f=62&t=26 Added disclaimer, additional terms, and the obligatory legal statements for donators: You must be 18 and over. If under 18 have a parent or legal guardian make donation(s) for you. You must be, or have the consent of the legal account holder of the donator account (I.E PayPal, etc). We reserve the right to inform USA state, federal, and international law enforcement agencies of any fraudulent donation activity. Content: When you give us content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable (through multiple tiers) right to exercise any and all copyright, trademark, publicity, and database rights (but no other rights) you have in the content, in any media known now or in the future. All privileged content remains copyrighted by Sirmabus (pseudonym), you may not share privileged content outside of the MacroMonkey site, nor share your donator account access with others without express permission. Limitation of Liability: We will make our best efforts to update ReqBot as soon as possible, but there is no guarantee for any exact time frame. There could be circumstances out of our control that can result in delays. Could be reason out of our control why ReqBot can't be updated and can't be continued. You acknowledge that are making a donation to for MacroMonkey support. Any donation refund requests will be handled at the sole discretion of the operators. You will not hold MacroMonkey responsible for anything other then required by law. Indemnity: You will indemnify and hold us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. Privacy Policy: We respect everyone's privacy (as we do our own) we will not share any kind of personal information with any 3rd party entity period!, other then possibly law enforcement agencies in fraud cases (see above). Personal information will not be stored on-site unless absolutely required, for maximum security. This notice and agreements are subject to change. All above subject to preemption by, and, or, modified by USA state, and federal, and USA international trade agreement laws. |
